Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the flights over the Nazca Lines, packages and land tours booked with Nazca Lines Flights, local operator based at Hacienda Curve Alto S/n, Nazca, Peru. By making a booking, you accept these terms.

Bookings and prices

Prices are shown per person in US dollars (USD). Airport taxes and the tourist ticket, when they apply, are shown as separate items before payment. A booking is confirmed once the payment has been received and the confirmation has been sent to the email address provided.

Payments

Online payments are made by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club) with encrypted card processing. See Payments for more details.

Passenger details

For flights, each passenger must provide the identity document details and the information requested during the booking (such as the weight declaration) before departure. These details are required for the safe operation of the flight.

Date changes, cancellations and no-shows

Date changes, cancellations, last-minute cancellations and no-shows are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which is also published on each tour page.

Privacy

Personal data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
